Windows 8 Review and Opinions

Hey guys, while we are on the topic of Microsoft this week, I thought it would be a good time to give a review on Windows 8. To start off, I don't really use the Windows 8 tile interface. I mostly use the desktop mode and to be honest, I hate the Windows 8 interface. But, there are a few good things. So, before I bore you, I will discuss the pros and cons of Windows 8. To start, the cons. The tile interface makes it hard to find what you are looking for. Sometimes, a tile will change and look completely different. This gets a little annoying when trying to find something quickly. Another con is the fact that when you have many programs, the interface just gets too messy. You can't really change the size of the tiles. So, you get the tiles that come with windows 8 that are their own size and have their own pictures. And then, you have many little one tile programs that make the interface look very messy. The last con is things get in your way. What I mean by this is whenever you accidentally move your mouse into any corner, you get pop-up menus that get in you way. This gets very annoying while trying to view things like articles. Now that we have gotten that out of the way, here are the pros. My first pro is the desktop mode reminds me of Windows 7 but with a big improvement. I love the more basic design. Also, it is faster. The next pro is it is easy to set up things like dual monitors. When I wanted to install my second monitor, I thought it was going to be very hard. But, after only about 3 minutes of looking I easily found it. Settings are easily found and are also a lot easier to find then Windows 7. The last pro about Windows 8 is I love that they added desktop mode. I honestly don't know what I would do without desktop mode. It is just like Windows 7 but majorly improved. I also like how I can have the option ov switching between what feels like 2 different OSs. Comment your thoughts below. Microsoft's new Xbox One Thoughts and Opinions

Hey guys, as most of you know, the new Xbox console was announced today! This is amazingly exiting. So without further adieu I present to you, my thoughts and opinions on Microsoft's new Xbox One. To start off, I think this is a major improvement in gaming consoles. The first major improvement is this new Xbox is it replaces your TV provider. So, now not only can you get movies and shows through Netflix, but you can also watch live television! This is going to help save space and just make things more convenient. Another thing that I love about this new Xbox is the new "Kinect". With this new camera, you can simply use speech to turn your Xbox and even you TV on. I love the though that controllers are going to be soon extinct. But, even though I imagine a world without controllers. The Xbox One's controller makes me take that back. The controller will fit comfortably in your hands. And, with the the new grips on the comfortable concave thumb sticks the incredible, life-like, HD gaming will make you feel like you are there. But, hold the boat. With the Xbox One, your games and media will be stored in the cloud. One of the only problems with this is you need to be on the internet to get new content. But, the system does have a disc drive. Another thing that I don't really like about the Xbox One is the size. But it does not really bother me when you factor in that it is also a TV provider. Hey guys, This topic came up to me about a week ago, but I did not think it was too important. But, after reviewing it, I noticed this could help a lot of people, and hopefully you! The question is "where should I shop online?" I am here to give you my opinions on which I think is the best website to shop on. Now, I know this question seems a little stupid. But, have you ever thought about getting scammed? Also, where are the best deals at. I am going to start off with where you could get scammed. The first well-known place to be scammed would be Craigslist. If you have never used Craigslist, it is a website where people can post listings on things you would like to sell. The problem with this is people can post anything from fake items to stolen goods. Although, Craigslist sellers do sell legit things, it is easier to be scammed. The next place you can be scammed is eBay. Except, getting scammed on eBay is a little different. Sometimes, you can get a package containing something you don't want, those problems can be resolved easily. On eBay, the way you can get scammed is by miss paying. Some people will try to make something bad seem good. When people see that something is an amazing price, they bid. The problem is, that starting price was too high for the item. The reason it seemed good is because the seller put false information about the item. After the first bid is placed, others will see the "amazing" price and bid even more. After the bids get very high, somebody will win. That person who wins will get the scam. So, getting to the best. Although, you will easily be able to guess my favorite place to shop online, I am going to make you exited to use it. So, with that said, my favorite online shop is (drum role) Amazon. I find Amazon to be amazing! You can trust every seller to give you exactly or almost exactly what you want. Also, Amazon has special programs like Amazon Prime. Amazon also sells things like digital music, movies, and apps (for Android). I just feel that Amazon really loves their customers and that is why we see things like the Kindle. If you have never used Amazon, I highly suggest that you go and use it for your next online purchase. You will instantly realize that you save tons of money when shopping on Amazon.
